Serving the trendy Hyde Park and South Loop neighborhoods of Chicago, Herb & Tao is a new Traditional Chinese Medicine practice dedicated to promoting healthier living through holistic healing methods. As part of a starter identity package for the business, I created a logo that is a literal interpretation of the business name – two leaves forming the infamous Taiji (Yin Yang) symbol. At the client’s request, this versatile, easily recognizable mark has been designed for easy adaptation to a wide range of applications, from being frosted on a window to being embroidered on merchandise.
